Can I use eeprom tools to unlock 5210 as someone said this is a DCT3 phone.

yes you can use eeprom tools to unlock the 5210, you can also use it on the 3410

I have tested 5210 with Eeprom tools and this works!

Another phone 5510 is this also DCT3? will Eeprom tools do this aswell?

Yes the 5510 is a DCT-3 phone so eeprom tools will do it
