I have encountered after Upgrading 6150 Version P5.23

The Caller Group not been Activated...

When we choose NAMES > CALLER GROUPS Phones Hangs..

Whats should I do with this problem..

have you tried Factory Resetting in wintesla or in the phone itself (Menu>Settings>Restore Factory Settings)...? I hope it will work..

After upgrading always reset UI, SCM, and Call Counters. That should solve your problems.

Hi guys i have this problem i can't total reset 6150??Way i am try with new Nokia tool by jordik,Nokia tool 035 but no result??
What is poblem and i have now problem with network,i am update faid!!

I've encountered something similar. In my case, the caller groups options (rename, tone,graphic) doesn't exist, although the menu for caller groups still appears.

What happened was I modified my ppm to 60+1 tones. Although CRC's and FAID were ok, and the phone functions normally, the caller groups option were gone.

So I limited the tones to just 50+1, reflashed then all was ok.
