Member: 4140 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | have tryed 2 other simcards from differnt provider but still shows closed not to worry as it is open :-) found the manual for the 6210 and the 2 with the arrow does mean the second line is diverted. I am with one to one precept which give you a second priority number so i presume that it means this but i dont know how to get access to this. What do you mean by the pound button? Joker |

Member: 4197 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | The pound key is this one '#' If the phone was originally bought on Orange or 121 then it will have CSP enabled and you will only be able to change lines if your sim supports it. This means orange users with line 2 can but as 121 doesn't support outgoing calls on it's priority line then you probably can't. Use NKprofile to enable CSP 'override' and enable ALS as well. You will then be able to change lines by holding the '#' key whatever sim you use. You may have to hold the key for 3 or 4 seconds on the 6210. Then simply change to line 2 - cancel divert - change back to line 1. Regards, Sev. |

Member: 4197 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | In the case of the one2one network in the UK you can have 2 numbers on one phone. The first is a normal line and the second is a priority line which will get through if the first is diverted to answerphone or set to silent etc. The line 2 divert symbol is a bug in the handset of 6210 and 7110 models and doesn't really have much to do with the user having a one or a two line account.
