hi guyz A m8 has just bought some unlocking cables, to unlock his 6210, he has flashed it using the nokia v6 software of your great site, it flashed ok, but it is still coming up security code, he has never entererd one but it wont go away any ideas to get the phone working Sorry about the newbie question best regards Al

With a mbus cable there's no problem. With nokia tool or logomanager he can read the phone and see the security code.

Go to dark lemmings site and download the 6210 partial they have the securtiy code fix.

One thing and foremost, did you checked the phone security of the unit before you flashed the phone? i know v6 if i am not mistaken is a progie mage by jethro... if this so, jethro softwares ever uses the full flashing sequence it just only unblocks security restriction of the SP unlock data. Therefore you have just partially flashed the phone and not the full flash thing.

I guess there is this alternative way... run nokiatool using a standard MBUS cable, the you can read it security info. Gudluck... if this turns out quite erroneously, i suggest better download security code repairer @ darklemings website.

Go to the site in my signature, and then use that program.

It will work i use it all the time.
