Member: 15983 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 1 | 6210 flash backup error i got 6210 model and i'am intrested to upgrading this phone with latest software version. but before i think of upgrading, i want to make backup of this one. While i start taking backup i get this error "Unknown Flash type Flash ID : FFFFFFFF" and back of the screen its shows "Flash Type Unknown". I'am using rolis 477 and i got flasher cable and data cable of this model. So, can anyone guess what would be the problem and how can i solve it ? Firstly, the phone dosent turn on at all so i guess i'am getting trouble in doing backup of this model and secondly, I got flasher cable of 51xx/61xx and i guess it works on 6210 as well or is there any different cable for 6210 ?. The instrument is type NPE-3NX. According to me, i think there could be problem in the board but i'am not sure on that. Hope to get good and positive replies from expert at the earliest  |
