6210 phonebook memory problem!!!


can somebody teach me how to fix phone book memory problem with 6210.. when phonebook switch to phone memory and eachtime you enter a name it says not available... and when you view the memory status it show 76 percent already used but nothing in it actually... how can we fix this kind of problem????? i have not flash it yet maybe its a hardware problem or what???

im also in need of 7110 v4.80 full flash thanks <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

try deleting the all the phonebook in yur sim

sir ive been trying to contact you but it seems that i cant reach you via your cell number...<br />sir ever if i put a new sim in it still the same problem occurs the phone is still 76 percent used and 24 percent free but there's nothing in it....<br />what could be the problem sir can i have your new mobile number? im from iloilo.... <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

hi,<br />this is a known problem with some 6210 i have seen it twice, i can't remember what version they were but the only solution is a software update, i sent both of them to nokia and after update everything worked okay<br />WBR<br />Meam

Hi,<br /> <br /> Meam is right the only solution is software update or downgrade, i have 6210 ver 5.02 the same prob. in phonebook memory. My friend her greenhills downgrade it to 4.27ver.
