6210 with profile "Handset" always on - GSM-Forum

I have one 6210 with profile "Handset" always on. I flashed it with newest software version, flashed with other back-up, to change eeprom, corected al check sums...
The phone is working OK but I can use it only with handsets. Is this a software or hardware problem? Somebody have the same before?

try cleaning where the bottom connector is soldered to pcb,

had this a few times , water damage bridging the gap between pins. does not take much to bridge the gap

yes it is definatley liquid of some sort that is causing it
take phone apart and clean the contacts area etc...

your problem will go away
