All you have to do is make sure there are only 35 tones in the PPM so take out all the **** tones and put in good ones.. like Electric eel..

P.S. SMS tone is in PPM but this only works ok with WinDDP

ur ryt bro! 6210/6250 can only have 35 built-in tones. changing sms tones can be done using flashtone 2.05, but you will have an "INFINITE" alert tone. you can fix it manually by looking for the lasy byte of your customized sms alert tone, here you will find;

0AFE 070B FFFF FF

to eliminate the the infinite tone you must erase the "07" byte. do this: on my example above, delete the "07" byte so you will have 0AFE 0BFF FFF FFFF.

one more thing, make sure that the lenght is ok so you wont get CONTACT SERVICE.

with WinDDP you dont get infinite alert tone and it is cvhanged in a different way.. I also changed the confirm tone for delivery reports but same tone appears when keypad is locked / unlocked etc or profile activation etc etc

It comes with a key (cracked) and u need a Dejan 1.04 dongle/box. You can download it in this forum somewhere

Which file I should edit? Whole *.fls or just a ringtone (for ex. Mytone.re) and which format of ringtone? (re, rtx, txt, mid)

u should use only mcu +ppm fls file

u can use all type of ringtones .
rtl,txt,mid and a new format called mak files used for this program

i did experiment on adding/changing ringtone on 6210/6250/7110. i came to a conclusion that u can only change ringtone on this units. no adding is allowed. unless i made a mistake.
