It's right, but you typed wrong one into your phone, so it's blocked. But don't try to reset it, my friend tried reset on one 6210, and after that it closed lock 1 and 4 on fffff's....

you don't need to reset it.....

just use nokia tool 034 or 035 by pro + mbus cable.

check all small boxes in the middle and click APPLY SFS button. it will revert back to its default 12345.

that's it, no need to press any other button so as not to accidentally lock it

Hi Everyone

Is 6210 same as 3210,5110,6150 ect when you enter wrong code five times it goes into defensive mode, then you must switch on phone wait for "security code" then leave for 10 minutes, then type in correct code if you know it, if not check with nokia tool then leave for 10 minutes, then enter code please post if this works for benefit of others.

Regards
Charlie

You can just use a program called PC Locals. Mini wintesla, without the install hassles, about 500kb dos based prog. Easy touse, no dll's to add, and it recognises all Nokia phones. In menu 3, do a full factory reset and then on main menu, do option 9.

Sorted out!

I agree with you Charly, but "defensive mode"
is only for 5 minutes But maybe they
changed this in 6210 and 3310 because Nokia
added new "destructive mode" and you will
get contact service especially in 3310 if
you do the following:

1. Charge the phone
2. Make a top score in 'Space Impact'
3. Send SMS
4. Make a call to your mom
5. Hold the phone with your left hand
6. Press the 'Navi-key' more than 5 times
in 1 minute

Also an added feature in 3310 4.02 is
"explosive mode" and the phone explodes
if you try to charge it with original
charger that came with package!

The biggest mistake so far is
that you cannot use Phone Memory and SIM
memory at the same time in 6210!!! Man,
this is pure stupidity!

But obviously, the security is tougher than
you think! Try to open a 6210 and remove
1 LED from the PCB... Now you cannot power
on the phone! Put the LED back, now the phone
is back to normal! Wow, are the NMP guys
great??? Or is it the other way around???
No offense though... I am just tired of
repairing 3310 contact service that's all

Best Regards,
X-Shadow

Nice one X-Shadow

But you missed the obvious one

you cannot make a call longer than 3 minutes unless you kick the dog while opening the Oven door

by the way I know it is five minutes but was giving extra time for the time differances between GMT and other countrys :-)

Regards
Charlie
