6210 Slow operation - GSM-Forum

When I give any command to my nokia 6210 the opertaion is slow the menu comes slow and other stuff he messages open v.slow and so on. It there some way to make it faster.

In another froum many users adviced me to convert is into the 6250. But then the 6210 will lose the dualband and many other features.

It is slow and other nokia models processing are much quicker.

better check your inbox most probably you are using it and it is already full! delete all those messages and your 6210 will run!

or have your phone's software upgraded to the latest which is v5.56 and your phone will be a lil faster and smarter....of course with good reception to boot!

Should I upgrade it Could it help ? I have V 05.27 I have never flasher my fone or even used a datacable on the 6210.

Ps. Where can I find the latest flash files for all nokia models.

I have given the giagrams to my engineer to get the parts.

use winddp for custom ppm and remove lang . make lang numbr 2 or 3 lang only and upgrad the mcu and the custom ppm

and tell me what happend

I need the latest 6210 mcu and ppm 100 % working and no hanging.

I had a same problem with 6210 v5.56 (this is the latest version).We have 2 solutions 4 this problem:1>rename your message's headers in the folders(rename option)!2>change the phone's soft 2 6250...This solution is not easy,Bcause U need a special EEPROM-dump to do it successfully (think 'bout the 1800 MHz part,this EEP dump working correctly with this too).I have this EEPROM,I'll send 2 U if U need it .Look at Lustee's FTP: IP: 213.222.165.67 , User: gsm , Pass: gsm .!FLS_CD..........6250.zip.
U can Up c download,but U can't ERASE!!!

slow response to you message can be eliminated if you rename all your messages. work 10000000000000000000%.
