why does the 6210 v5.36 need two flasher files whilst v5.44 only have one flash file?

5.36 only needs 1 flash file as does 5.44 (indeed all 6210 only need 1 partial to unlock.

Some folks are giving 2 files 1 for unlocking and the second file is to re-lock it if you need to

Corect me if I am wrong! But I think you can use only 1 partial and not solution with NokiaTool for 5510 BR
