has nokia released v5.29 mcu for 8210/8850? if so what's changed? anyone got a list of changes and release date?

HI,

 NEW MCU SOFTWARE VERSION 5.29

New MCU software version 5.29 has been released for NSM-3.

Changes made from version 5.28 to version 5.29:

Improved network scanning (Earlier when the phone was out of network coverage and keys were pressed too fast, in some cases the phone made a reset, because each key press caused a network search. Now key presses cause a new network search only once a minute) Operator list updated

thanks for your reply.. the only thing changed is just that one reset bug and new operators?

does anyone know the release date of it?

Yes it is in sydney so i guess that in Melbourne is available too...... <img src="rolleyes.gif" border="0">

are the unlocking flash files for 5.29 8210 already working? or does it have the same problem as 3330 v4.30 unlock but no network?
