8210 all 4 locks closed - GSM-Forum

hi all, somebody brought this to me,8210 5.28 that won't accept any sim card, checked on nokia tool all 4 locks closed mcc+mnc 23433 closed gid 1 0000 closed gid 2 0000 closed msin ffffffff closed i've tried flashing with same sw version, tried up+down grading but still the same,sorry i have'nt got wintesla to ceck with, can anybody help me with this thanx in advance

You are brilliant and just a proof to my theory that people don't read the forum in detail.
