Hi

I had the same situation with one 8210
and exactly - sharp flash.
My success was when i put external power supply
+4..5V to cable and use fully charged battery.
If you can begin to flash - you flash loader must be OK.For 2MB sharp may use Intel8Mb fl.loader.

Hope it helps

Why need special schematic's ?

Put dirrectly on 74HC14 or similar pin 14 +3,6 /4.5v (depends on phone ) and try
100% tested
for 3210 must be about 3.6, cause on VPP +5
flash erasing failed.
