8210 strange prob!! pls help!!!!! - GSM-Forum

hi, i have an 8210 rom 6 i bought and converted to a 8250. it has a few problems.
sometimes turns off,
doesnt always start up perefect.
is often slow in menus.
signal falls and then comes back.
the signal sometimes shows more bars than its got.

ive cleaned the phone with pcb cleaner and then also with pure alcohol but no luck. it was like this before i upgraded to an 8250.
please help me, i have no real experience really in soldering.

Try to upgrade to the latest version (v 5.06) if that doesn't work then you have a hardware problem.

im on 5.06 and when it was an 8210 still had same probs! cant figure out what hardware is faulty.
