8250 resets automatically - GSM-Forum

while dialing some no. from the keypad. it suddenly stopped and then rest ,,,, some time works fine.. but usually rests..
i have full flash it... still no luck....
any one has any idea what could cause this kind of prob...

Did you try full factory reset or SW eeprom tools 4(3.1)? There is a check button "test"

Try upload 8210 full flash to you 8250 and check you problem.

i have upload the flash file....and full factory rests....
have check every possible s.w. cause of the prob...its a hardware fault..
now have tried to reflow the cpu...and the phone is dead now...

This hardware problem Rehot Cobba and CCONT also change 26khz crystal.

Change 26Mhz. and reflow cobba and hagar. If problem don't solved. Its must be due to CPU dry joint. in 8250 Its common fault. I receive many 8250 with dry joint. some time flash IC is also faulty.

apply some flux over MAD -- solves the problem !!
