Bad experience for those phones; can't fine network(GSM900)after use Dark shell for unlock <br />need info!<br />Thanks in advance!

The Nokia 8290 is a single banded GSM phone operating in GSM1900 only! 8890 is the only american phone for GSM 900/1900! 8290 you only can use in USA and big towns of canada!
