I HV 8250 WITH INSERT SIM CARD I REFLOW CCONT
I FOUND MY GET WITH THE FIRST BLACK START UP SCREEN
DIDNT CONTINUE
ANYONE CAN HELP PLZ

Of corse the ccont of the 8250 is ceimented to the board !!.
so applying heat over such chip makes solder balls expandes
and enlarges in size,pressing around untill bursting outside.
when it cools back we find pins not connected and pins
shorted !!!. The real problem is that if U descided to change
this chip U might destroy the board with tracking avulsion.
U need more experience ( can practice on old non funtioning
boards ),search the forum and the archive, U'll find meny meny
posts . Good luck.

i'm not agree with Medz, pratice allway the best solution with any job.
Scary, pls try to reflash your phone. If not don't, pls check your flash.
