8890 no signal what should i do?


I have a 8890 that has no signal. What's the first thing i should check or first part i should change? thanks so much!

1. test manual search... if NO smart/globe/sun is displayed:
check the antenna pad...clean it.
check the lines from pad to antenna switch.
check cobba
check PA
check hagar
check ccont
2. test manual search... if smart/globe/sun is displayed:
check cobba
check PA
check all rx ways
....if no luck try to flash fresh fls. file

Hey Friends

As far as I know in Philipines there is
DCS 1800 Mhz networks

The 8890 only works on 900/1900 MhZ
