9210 Date problems!!! - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I got here a 9210 that works 100%, however I detected a problem. If I take battery off, to insert or exchange the SIM, when power on, date as back to 2002... however the time, is still correct, only date reback to old.
I put date to current again, but when take battery off, not even if it´s for a second, date turns back...

Any help?

PS: Avoid saying to flash it with latest or so, I flashed this phone 3 times with latest 4.13 and all the same.

change the backup batter

just clean battery backup connector, ussualy poor connection.
better change battery backup also.

Where´s battery backup? In PCB phone part or in PDA part? and how to identify it?

i have same problem .. in my 9210 ..

clean connector & change the battery backup ... and no way ..
how i can fix this problem .. pls help???
