After i flash my 3110 my phone dead later i realized that i flash with lower version to the one i the phone. Please i need flash file for 3110c v5.05 or newer.

I think your phone is completely dead now as you have flashed with lower version.

flash with latest version phone should b alive but may b rpl damaged with imei 123456... if u have its backup then write it after flashing with latest version...

you need to put the latest version or the same version of your phone, I always do in this way and it works
