Member: 4205 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 9 |  After upgrading: 3310 says: "Screen saver missing" I've just updatede my 3310 to v4.45 - but there's something wrong with Picture Messages and The screen savers. When selecting Picture Messages, the phone freezes, and when trying to change the screen saver the phone says "Screen saver missing". How do I fix it? |

Member: 8396 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | Dave is right.<br />But if you want the Pic Msg from v4.45 badly, then reflash the v4.45 backup and download all pic msg using logomanager. Then reflash the new firmware backup reset UI setting. Then reupload all Pic msg to phone. <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> <br />Though the text of the messages cant be saved, just the pic grafix. No luck with saved tones though, unless you upgraded from an earlier v5.x, these steps aren't necessary because the eeprom memory map remains unchanged. <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> |

Member: 4205 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 9 | I've already fixed my phone (thanks Dave) I don't use picture messages (I don't even use the phone, just wanted to test upgrading...) What do you mean, is the picture messages in newer versions different from the ones in older version? CAN it be done to upgrade all versions of 3310 to 5.13? I've heard something about only version 5.03 and 5.11 can be upgraded? |
