amd proccesor - GSM-Forum

i have a amd k6 proccesor and i want to use dejan flasher. The txt file says that i need a special *.tia file for an amd proccesor. But i can only find *.tia files for intel and amtel. Does anyone know where i can find those downloads??

Hi,
It's look like you're a bit confused.
When we talk about AMD, Atmel or Intel we
talk about the manifacturer of the Flash
chip in the phone. So for each different
you need special f_loader file.
The processor in your PC only concern the
performance of the Flasher.exe.
There is no connection bettween these two.

hello there
you are right there is a problem with the amd processor and the dejan flasher.
an amd processor works at a different voltage than a pentium based one.
if you havn`t already bought a flasher box get one of the ones with the voltage adaptor.

I use nokia flashcables but dejan flasher always says that the telephone does not respond?? Are there any people who have the same problems with the amd proccesor??

i do .. i have had problems from the start ..
and still can't get it working ..

try numorous chips but no luck ..

now going to try thr jehro ..
fingeres crossed! .. anyone else had any probs with jehro and AMD cpu's???
