Unhappy Another dead 3310 "phone ram is bad"

Hi guys ! i read some post's from this forum and i think that maybe some of you could help me....
I have a nokia 3310 4.06 that is totally dead and i've tried everything to bring him up to live again but nothing work's the problem is that when i try to flash the pho ne with Dejan Flasher V1.00b the pro says: "phone ram is bad" i already tryed all boot loaders i have and al full flash's backup's but is still dead..... could someone help me ? I have a lot o full backup's in portugues that 've made for the most part of the nokia phones and software vs if anyone needs i can send....

Hi CyberKareca

If you are getting meassage that phone ram is bad the best method would be to take it to Nokia Sevice Centre and they will swap it for a new/recon unit, it will still be under warranty because none are a year old yet, and Nokias warranty is a year in all Europe this will be easier than changing flash IC unless it Stolen of Course or has been taken out of service for non payment.

No more possibilities ????? the proble is that i've already soldered wires instead o connector in the nokia phone pcb......
