care to make a review on how it's working?

Also can tell me how succesful and useful it is to repair contact service and no network?

I have a service centre and alot of faulty phones, they have not been tampered by anyone else in the firmware and i can confirm they are not hardware problems, so is it really a good tool for repairing those faults?
