May sound like a stupid question but did you try flashing new software as i have seen a similar message that was (i assume) someone reverse engineering a flash file and changing the error messages and setting a loop to cause them on switch on.
My mate flashed new software from a different source and found that it then worked fine.

Hope it helps.

Hi,
Two options that i can think of,

1: Try downgradeing the phone to an 8210 less features but may solve your problems.
If your unsure on how to do this visit www.nkmobile.co.uk its a good nokia site that is well designed and incorperates a lot of useful info. There is also a limited selection of software but you can get all the best like eeprom tools, JIC etc.

2: Flash the newest software version you can get for it and take it to a service centre.

Obviously dont do this if its stolen or an insurance job.
Here in Wales the services centres are quite good and have repaired phones for me which have gone faulty due to bad flashes or ****n components caused by flashing (Have had a few of the latter).

Worth a try!
