Battery Problem - GSM-Forum

I get some NEW batterys for 5110 and 8210, but this one is not charging, i test the battery with multimeter and i get 0.00V, so i tryed to bust the battery using 12V adaptor and also this not realive the battery, so what can i do to solve this problem ?

take the battery to where you got it and tell them it is faulty.....they should replace it...
