For me the best is Rollis !!!

But the rolis soft not stable for flashing laungage in nokia phone
. . :( :(

i think dct3 pro is best one :)

For me the old classic Nokia Flasher 1.00b by Dejan Kaljevic works great than ever updateable and configurable. Many thanks to Dejan himself.
