I don't want to sound stupid, but I just don't know.
How do you get an EEPROM dump and how do you use it to do anything useful?

Please help me to learn more about this if you can.

To program it,you have to use an programmer like Ponyprog. And you must get inside of your phone and connect direct to the chip
