Contact service probelem - GSM-Forum

I have a problem i hope you can help me ?

I just flashed my 3310 v4.02 with v4.06 then it was dead, after that i
downloaded the repair flash for 3310 and flashed it but i have not used
the
startadress 20000, i have used 27000 the phone was dead. Now i have
flashed the repair flash with the whright adress 20000 now i can power on my phone
but it says "contact service. CAN YOU HELP ME ?

My 8210 says contact service too it is version 5.11 when i use fullbackup
it
says contact service.

The same problem with me... You mailed me but I just put this message here to get things going here. Is there anyone here reading this message who can explain what we all do when we flash our phones? What are the numbers over here (e.g. 0020000, 0027000, 0030000, ...etc...). Thanks for your effort if you give a descent reply!

Did you make a full backup.

Hi...

Flash it with 0020000-0030000(1mb)backup file copied from good 3310 with the same version 4.02.

The starting adress must be at 0020000.

I have flashed it from 20-30000 but i had the contact service problem too. Now i have read from 30-45 from a good 3310 and write it to mine now i have not a contact service problem but the phone did not accept any card !!
