3310 missed call not erasing - GSM-Forum

hai guys i got a 3310 fallen down phone.after that the missed calls are not erasing though i did factory reset,when i flash the phone i am gettin an error message"flash erasing error(battery voltage very low)".i am sure the battery is full i tried with different batteries still no improvement.this is the first 3310 which gives problem to me.plz help me guys

try and refow the board be careful of under filled components
