Can I activate data transmission rate 14400 bps on NOKIA 5110 V.5.29, or it is possible only on new models of NOKIA ?

only 6150 onwards are capable of transmitting at 14kbps and beyond. others are at default of 9.6kbps

i connect through my 7110 but icant get any faster than 9.6k.

has anyone managed to connect at 14.4k through a 7110 or any phone for that matter.

if anyone has any ideas pls help

whats ur ISP?? is this thru WAP??? your home network should support HDSC...
