goin' CrazY with 3210 v6.00

I'm going crazy... I can't unlock a NOKIA 3210 6.00 from Germany! <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

I've tryed Jethro v 6.22.. Dejan Flasher 1.00b.. Dark Flasher Shell 2.14...... what else??

Dejan Flasher alway says "Erase flash error" send FF get 00 (or something similar)

Jethro says "phone unlocked", but it's not true (sim card refused).

I've got the partial flash 6.00 and the right flash loader (I28F160B3-T).

What else should I try? ThankS in advance!

Can you read perfect backup from that phone with f_loader I28F160B3-T?<br />-If yes, I think you get a 3210 with OTP flash.<br />A friend of mine said me that Nokia made some last serial phones (not a great amount) with such flash chips that only one time writteable (OTP). It is because its soft (like v600) no longer developed and so it is perfect, not need to reflash longer. If sombody want to unlock he should go to provider to eeprom unlock it with nokia box <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> My frien talked about some last serial 8210 v528, but maybe it is true some 3210 <img src="frown.gif" border="0"> <br />-If not, maybe your f_loader is wrong..., or has a hardver problem of the phone/flasher.

This is an interesting problem.

First some sanity checks! Have you actually unlocked another 3210 with the same set up, same PC same cable etc.

Some of the flasher cables for 3210 had terrible connectors, and it is important that you have a good connection between the cable and the phone.

If you can unlock another 3210 with the same Flash type, then it is unlikely to be cable or software, but the contacts on 3210s can get dirty, so check carefully.

It is always a good idea to hold the connector firmly in place whilst unlocking a 3210.

Be careful as there are two different partials for the 3210 v6.00 , one is bigger than the other.

I've made a full flash backup with "Nokia flash downloader", but all version of Dejan flasher don't write/read to this phone!

I don't think that 28F160 is OTP... maybe I'll check on data sheets...

The cables and darkflasher shell are ok, I've used it to read and write a flash on a nokia 3310 today. (by the way the 3310 uses the same 28F160 flash as the 3210 v6.00)

I can't understand.. it seems to be all ok, but it doesn't work <img src="frown.gif" border="0"> the very strange thing is that Jethro unlocker says "phone succesfully unlocked", or somethig like this... but the phone still remain locked (lock 1&2 closed)

Hi all!
This might be an old post but it seems that these phones will keep us busy for ever..
I ve got one flashed with UFS to version 6.00 and it still says sim card nota ccepted, after several attempts got through, but no network, and then after turning off, the same thing happened, SIM CARD NOT ACCEPTED...any ideas?

for these models u should use dejans nk_calc, b-phreaks eeprom tools or rolis nokia tool...
just click update faid, clear sp locks and reset sfs.

hi if you are still faceing the problem, send me the IMEI # and the service provider name i will send you the codes other wise change the eprom ic and flash it with some other version of flash,
