3310 screen lights on - GSM-Forum

hi all, i have 3310 with the 4 top lights coming on when i put the battery in and stay on all the time, i've checked the board 4 corrosion but cant find any, cleaned board but still the same,
can any1 out there help

that solution:

1. try to full flash your phone with higher version
2. try to reflow your CCOONT (power supply IC)
3. its not work to, change your CCONT

What happens if you select test 18 in net monitor with lights off?

Change the power switch problem. Ive encountered this problem twice on wet set. Fortunately, problem were solved.

look in picture and change 20pin chip - power switch (don't use solution in picture - not for your case

Hiya

No need to change UI circuit ( NMP7xxx)

Just change small PTC resistor above NMP UI circuit ( above it u have 2 small pieces - one is PTC other is normal resistor - orientation : board in horizontal, PA on left side, bottom connector pads on right side - 2 small pieces above UI circuit - change left onem That's PTC - use same PTC from old/broken 3310/3330 board )
