dsp alive test failed.


hi[list]
8850nokia powered on, but no display,after 20seconds it shows contact service. when tested with eeprom tools 'test' option shows this message ''dsp alive test failed'' please repair phone, now i am confused with 'repair' ,,,is it a hardware problem or software, please some 1 guide me.

Your Mad2 i.c is faulty,not replaceable or repairable.

Tips:
1 - use 8850 as a paperwheight
2 - throw it against a wall and see how much damage it can still take
3 - Wait until someone brings you a dead 8850,fix it,swop pcb.NOW YOU HAVE A WORKING 8850,YEAH!!!!

Hello

Sorry 8m you have faulty MAD2 & you must replaced & ther is a solution for the glue around the MAD2,i use a fluid i by it from somone & it's solve the glue & remove it at all so ask the stores in your country.
