Hello Meshoz,

Yes, security checksum is in EEPROM... But
for 8210 EEPROM is emulated in flash, so you
can fix this without opening unit by
following my instructions. But if you say
EEPROM is empty, why empty??? is it FF FF FF
FF FF FF or something else??? Maybe you
just need to put soldering flux around the
BGA ICs and heat it with hot air set at 2.5.
Most of 8210 I fix have this problem, but all
is ok after heating the BGA Chips.

For 3310, there is a solution for your
contact service unit. Please do not try to
put different flash from different phone
or else you will destroy it like what you did
to your 3210. Email me, and I will tell you
how to fix it...

Best Regards,
X-Shadow
