Flasher Shell Settings - GSM-Forum

Hi, I just wanted to know what eeprom do i select from the the 3 (atmel 29F800, intel 28F008, intel 28F160) when flashing a phone. If i select the wrong one will the phone mess up. Thnx
P.S. Im gonna flash my bros 7110 and m8s 6210 and my 8210.

Hi m8
First thing to do is read the phone then compare the flash id with a list at www.sims123.fnet.co.uk this will tell you which flash loader to use .....iam not sure but using the wrong loader will not mess up your phone....the important thing is to get the correct version of the flash file and the correct start address to flash to...if you get these wrong you will 100% mess up your phone...
