I wrote this phenomena in my old topic, but any usefull info get back..

So, When I made full backup (also eeprom area!) with dejan 1.0b on a 6210 the startup logo animation is disapeared!! Only a fix handshake pictures egzists.. <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

I also experienced this phenomena when I read my 3210 eeprom with ponyprog 17!

I cant renew the animation, my brother has complaint me for the missing animation his 6210 <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

Some guys said me it impossible the renew the starup logo animation on nokias? Why, I think it is a soft problem, so it has got to be a SOLUTION!

Is there any progs (Wintesla factory sets or similar, etc.) that solv this problem?

Guys!! What have you experienced when made full backs (with eeprom area), your startup logo animation still egzist after this???

Some guys also said me: There is a command in the flash to start the logo animation...

Please, any help wouldbe usefull?

PS: It is annoying to give back the phones without its starup animation <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

my v4.27 never had animated startup logo... not even before full backup...

My 6210 never had startup animation, too! There is only one way to get the animation back to 3210! Take another 3210 with animation, read out eeprom! Resolder eeprom, switch off animation and compare before and after! Usually the startupanimation doesnt go away through reading eeprom! You dont change anything by reading!!! Of course if you dont make mistake! Perhaps you can copy some parts of eeprom with animation to eeprom without animation! Of course dont swap security area!!! If this animation is so important for you, you will have to find out the solution! I wont waste my time with things like that! But I must say, its very interesting! :-)

It is not so important for me, but important some guys/girls who give me his/her phone to unlock. I always make a full back befor flashing partial, but if the full backs contains eeprom area (emuladet of corse) the phone lost its stup animation and the '*******r' will complain to me <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

So I wil give up make total back, just without eeprom. It is decrese the risk, but I care... <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Do anybody get this like me?

PS.: at 3210, the animation disapeared just after reading its eeprom with ponyprog, so if I read another eeprom (with animation), I will get same problem I think. I will have two deanimated <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> 3210s!!

there is no animated logo in 6210......only 3310,3210,3330 that is as far as i know...

it is good practice that you make back up before writing....everybody should imitate you!

I just looking for a 'newbe' 6210 to check it.

But why tell me lies my brother with his 6210?

I find two 6210 this morning but both of them has alredy loaded up an individual stup logo, and its owners dont remember wheter it has or hasnt got animation befor. It is redeculias... <img src="smile.gif" border="0"> Dont remember his phone startup.ha-ha -ha <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

Nokia 6210 doesnt have animated startup logo at least mine doesnt v4.08
