use CYCLONE box its realy tested
heres the procedure:
-open cyclone
-nokia tool
-read info
-DCT4,WD2,infineon XGold
-security
-initialize/unlock
-smyl phone is unlock....

or try use MXKEY

TOOLS: mxkey dongel
ufs interface
ufc cable no.6 5pins

heres the complete procedure:
PROCEDURE:
-Click CONNECT BOX
-Click NOKIA SERVICE TOOL
-Select GENERATION: DCT4
-Click BUS CHECK
-Goto SERVICE TAB
-Click IMEI & SECURITY
-Click SIMLOCK
-UPDATE SPLOCK
-Done
-phone is unlock.....
