Just read the flash from the range 2F0000-300000, the character at the address 28 in the file is the language pack version.

Or, simplier. Do you see PPM V 05.10 21-01-00 NSE-8 (c) NMP. *** B or PPM V 05.10 21-01-00 NSE-8 (c) NMP. *** C or something else?
