this time I have 6210 locked by prod code ...

how can I open it ...

I used the security code .. didn't work

I never so a complaint like this, i saw only prod. code in Alcatel.

never heard of a nokia asking for prod code!!!

But i would recomend u try reflashing the unit with new mcu/ppm.

Failing that do an eeprom clean as well.
