Hello Koloksy,

Did you make backup of EEPROM before trying
to work with the unit? If so, just restore
the backup and all will be ok. If you didn't
make backup, you're gonna have a very hard
time. You might get your phone to power on
with the menus and stuff, but you will not
get signal from any provider because some
inforamtion are not right in your EEPROM.

How did this happen?

Best Regards,
X-Shadow

hi,

i did restore backup of eeprom but still in contact service. i attempt trying eeprom solution but no luck, repeat process then try again until no. 4 and contact service.

after that, batt. became hot and i immediately remove it, good thing there wasn't any smell

i will unlock again, this time attempt flash solution for it, hope i don't break it's pins

Unhappy

A heating battery?

Seems to me that the chip is damaged!

tsk, tsk, tsk... we should not really mess with the hardware. Do you know that ESD might have damaged the chip? It's one problem that's hard to avoid since it happens even if no obvois misshandling is done. And it happens very very quick.
