I won an auction and I got this for about 70 dollars. Well anyway, I'm not really if it's UNLOCKED or LOCKED because the seller said he didn't know either. It's from voice stream network. I don't really know much about cellphones but I just want to use this Prepaid GSM SIM card because I wouldn't want to pay a monthly bill. Can someone please help me find out if this phone is unlocked? Thanks.
