Member: 6440 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hi, DSP stands for Digital Signal Processor and in this case is referring to the fact that there are two variations of the 6110. One with DSP 3 and the other with DSP4. A DSP 3 phone is unable to run some of the instructions found in the DSP 4 flash which is why you get two versions of the same software! You can tell which is which by looking at the MCU version! The DSP 3 software will read as normal i.e. 5.41 and the DSP 4 will have a extra 0 in it i.e 05.41. Cheers, Laupster |
