Help me!!! I need flash file for 3410 (MCU+PPM) with RUSSIAN!!!!

Please help me to flash the 3410 v4.09. I am trying it with Dejan 1.04 but it ends up in error

Flash loader init error Tx=1

I tried it in different PCs and tried flashing ppm with 1.0b also - same error appears. Is there any new loader required for this phone ?
Or suggest me a flasher using MBus cable.
