I use the eeprom hardware (PonyProg SI v2.2 with I2C Bus Adapter by lancos). First I did not desolder the pins 5,6,7,8 and connect 4,5,6,8 to the hardware and use 5v ext.power to supply the hardware. when I read it the message says" Bus Busy" with certain clinking sound from the board. Then I desolder 5,6,7,8 from the fone pcb and read using the same procedure. and the message says "device not responding". by the way I did not power on the phone. Can anybody help me what did I do wrong in the process
