or did i post a reply on this thread ????? SMS Prank showing a bug in the sms thingy .. was it deleted ? .. if so ,,, is it because it worked, or didnt ?

wot is the character on the PC (so can be entered in on genie?... as doing like 100 on a nokia .. well does me head in !

how many do ya need, and how did YOU enter um ???

Are you talking about ¤ (alt-0164)? Or the UDH thing with sms_client?

The UDH one you simply alter the UDH string before you compile the source of sms_client..

The other one I haven't tested yet - but if it works, lemme know which phones it works on and which sw versions have been tested!

Sorry ToTo .. didnt relise it had beed moved ..

it just dissappeared thought i was seein things !!lol thoughts i was goin mad !!

 back to the subject ... i was'nt directly taking about the sim_client trick BUT (were can u find the source and wot do u complie it with ??) can this be done to SmartSMS

and HOW many of these characters need to be sent ???? with the other item ..

well i jus filled the screen with the symbol the left of the euro (it took me ages) then i sent to to a 3310 and it frooze up the phone and restarted it it worked for me and my mates havent tested it with any other phones
