How do I remove a network provider lock?

My name is Bond and I have a Nokia 6150 on the Orange network which is locked by the provider(orange) because the ahndset is lost/stolen. Please can anyone help me in order to unlock the phone.
Also if I place my sim card in a telephone can a network provider identify the handset that I am using?
Please e-mail me.
Look forward to hearing from.....someone!
Thanks

Hi
Go to www.zulea.com and download the unlocksoftware.
You need a mbus cable.

All phones have a IMEI Number to ident the Phone.

Yo Jan,
I downloaded the zulea program however whenever I execute the program,
it opens up and closes immediately. I don't even have time to check whats going on.
And is there any way of changing a phones ImEE number?
What is a MBus cable and how much does it cost?
Look forward to hearing from you!

Hi
The mbuscable is a cable for Service Nokia Phones.
The Orginal Datasuite Cable DAU-9P works perfekt.
Go www.datacable.de , they makes clones.
If you build a own cable, mail me, I have a circut diagram. A conector for phone found on a headset.
The unlocker must run under DOS, not windows.
