How to solve " PPM Checksum failed " in 5110, 6110 & 6150 ? - GSM-Forum

Is there any software to solve that particular problem ? Coz, as i upgrade my phone with latest version of flash file, I get Contact Service error in all these models. So, now can anyone tell how to solve that particular problem ?

Has anyone got the same problem like me and got any solutions from it ?

Hi mobilerocks

I have flashed plenty 5110/6110 without any problems !
what software are you using ?
try different flash files and make sure the battery is fully charged before flashing . Try using Knok or rolis flasher's the both work fine try checking the flash files that your using with a checksum checking program can't think of the name of them. also try refowing the flash ic maybe there is dry joints let me know how it goes.
