I can't enter the last "#" of the Unlock Code - GSM-Forum

Hi all,

The phone doesn't accept the last “#” of the unlock code.
When I enter the code all the code are taping but no the last “#”.
When I tape the last “#” nothing happen the # would no be taped (I can tape other thing that # !).
I put in a SIM card that won't work, I enter the correct PIN, I press undo "phone restricted" message, and then I just enter the the code but the last “#” will not be entered?

What is the problem?
Are there a solution?

Thats coz your doing it wrong lol take the sim card out then type in the code it will work as long as the code is right that is.

check if calculate corectly (dct3 or dct4), dct3 is not as long is dct4
